The administration and management of Club operations are assured by a Board of Directors whose members are elected with a two-year mandate. The roles and responsibilities of Board members, as well as their standards of care, are as prescribed by UWCM Bylaws.
The Board usually meets in the Club Room the first Wednesday of each month. Minutes are taken and archived. Highlights are reported in the monthly newsletter.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of members is held within six (6) months of the Club year end. It is at this AGM where a slate of directors is presented by the Nominating Committee Chair and accepted by members.
